Here’s how you can make your own dice bag. If you prefer, you can download and print a PDF with complete instructions.
- Take the chainmaille strips of the foam sheet and take out the circle cut outs. Discard the leftover foam sheet. Collect the foam circle cut outs and place them in a small bag (keep them around for rivets in future projects!)
- Grab the EVA foam disc provided in your kit.
- Pinch the chainmaille into the holes of the disc. Continue this all the way around the disc.
- Once you reach where you have started, pinch the chainmaille into the loop of the first chainmaille ring.
- Continue pinching the chainmaille into the chainmaille rings.
- Once at the end of the ring, grab a new strand of chainmaille. Double up the first and last ring and treat them like one ring. Continue the strand as normal.
- Repeat steps 5 & 6 until the dice bag reaches desired height.
- Once at desired height, cut remaining chainmaille pieces off or finish strand. To finish the piece, place the last chainmaille piece into the loop. The loop will hold itself in place!
- Take a piece of string and lace to through the top loops of the dice bag.
- Ta-da! You are done! Place some dice instead, tie up your bag in the front and enjoy your next DnD session!
