love the foam
Easy to put together and fun to work with in my hands. The loops on the end strips of the sheet can be easily torn sometimes, but it's not hard to mend.
Takes a little bit to understand how to bring it together. You have to think ahead before you really start to work large pieces. Recommend sitting with a plastic bag on your lap or floor to punch out the maille. Those little dots go every where.
As if the foam chain maille wasn't cool enough, Foam Armory created a scale maille. This foam product can add a bit of flare to a skull koozie, act as an accent panel for an epic jewelry box, roof a small house, or create scales for a creepy animal. I recommend this to anyone trying to level up their builds with little effort.
